Le ruling de la magistrate Meenakshi Gayan-Jaulimsing a été rendu mardi dans le procès intenté au jockey Nishal Teeha. Ce dernier était poursuivi sous une charge de “cheating in breach of section 146 (1) (e) of the Gambling Regulatory Act 09/07” par le ministère public aussi bien que par le comité du Mauritius Turf Club....

L'appel interjeté par le jockey Nishal Teeha a été rejeté par la magistrate Gayan-Jaulimsing en cour de Port-Louis mardi. Le jockey avait été poursuivi pour "tricherie" et avait plaidé non coupable....
