La transformation économique de l’Inde a été phénoménale ! Aujourd’hui, l’Inde est devenu une hélice de la croissance économique mondiale et le Premier ministre indien, Dr Manmohan Singh, a été légitimement reconnu par la communauté internationale comme l’architecte de l’Inde moderne. Les réformes économiques ambitieuses que vous avez entreprises en tant que ministre des Finances en 1991 a déclenché le plein potentiel de l’Inde.” C’est ce qu’a dit Navin Ramgoolam, Premier ministre mauricien, lors du banquet offert par le Dr Manmohan Singh....
