1.5 lb carrots
1 can condensed milk
1 stick cardamon
a quarter of a glass of water
some dried raisins and almonds
2-3 tbsps ghee
1.Clean, wash and grate carrots finely.
2.In a pressure cooker heat 1 tbsp ghee, add half of the cinnamon and cardamon, water and the grated carrots.
3.Put on the lid and cook over low heat, allowing the steam to be released three or four times.
4.In a heavy based pan put the remaining ghee, cardamon and cinnamon and fry for a min.
5.Add the cooked carrots, raisins and the condensed milk.
6.Cook over low heat stirring all the time until all the milk has been absorbed.
7.Put in a plate to cool and decorate with flaked almonds.
