Garlic sauce (La sauce l'ail)


Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 chilli finely chopped
- salt for taste
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons spring onion finely chopped
- 100 ml water
- 2 tablespoons coriander finely chopped

Instructions

- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Keep refrigerated.
