Ingredients

For those who find going to the grocery a hassle just to buy a pack of hoisin sauce, here is an easy way to make homemade hoisin sauce. A must when making Shangai Noodle or other Asian Noodle dishes.

5 tablespoons soy sauce
3 table spoons of peanut butter
1 1/2 teaspoon of honey
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 garlic powder
a dash of white pepper

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
