Recipe for fish croquette
1. 2 Cup water
2. 2cup plain flour
3. ½ Dessertspoon butter
4. 3 eggs (keep one aside to roll ball in)
5. Thyme and parsley ( Chopped parsley )
6. Fish or chicken cut in cube soak in salt, pepper ,garlic and ginger (or you can use cheese cube)
1.Boil water with thyme, parsley, butter and salt.
2.Add flour and form a roux.
3.Leave to cool and add the two beaten eggs gradually.
4.Floured your hand with flour.
5.Flatten small ball in your hand, place fish, chicken, of cheese in the middle.
6.Close tightly, Roll in beaten egg and breadcrumbs
7.Deep fry on low heat.
You can take it with any chutney or tomato sauce.
