5 eggs
500ml milk
A few drops of vanilla essence
150g sugar for the dessert
150g sugar for caramel
In a small pan put sugar and stir on low flame until it melts and becomes brown.
Pour the caramel in a baking tray.
Beat eggs, nestle cream and sugar well.
Add milk and mix well.
Pour the liquid in the baking tray.
Bake for 1 hour in the oven at 200 c.
When cool, put in fridge.
Serve cold.
