Boneless Chicken 1/2 ( Sliced in nice small pieces)
corrianda for ganish
jeera powder 1 tsp
haldi 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
garlic and ginger paste 1 tsp
1 tsp of lemon
1 small sterm of Thymes
Salt ( as per your taste )
1 tsp of pepper
Oil
4 mint leaves nicely chooped finally
Additional ingredient

add the sliced chicken in a bowl
add 1 tsp of oil in the bowl
add you garlic and ginger paste, along with the other ingredients such thyme, garam masala, pepper, haldi, jeera powder, along with the mint, lemon, with the corrianda
sir well and let all the flavours get into the meat
leave this to marate over night if possible or else, 15mins maximum
now once this is done
make sure u got the screwers already but leave it in water to soak so tht the screwers dont burn
slowly and gently with ur hands start to add the chicken into the screwers,
and then once you done you can slowly add the chicken kebab made by you on the grill or oven how ever u wanne make it
make sure it cooking 15mings each side
and you are ready to serve it with corriada chutney ;)
