Sliced pieces of chicken
chopped potatoes (square size)
3 table spoon masala
3 table spoon oil
2 tea spoon salt
Half can of chopped tomatoes/fresh tomatoes
Half cup of water
Fry chicken until brown
Fry onions for 2 minutes
Fry masala for 2 minutes, add water and let it cook for 5 mins
Add half tea spoon of salt in the masala while cooking
Then add chicken
Cook for 20 minutes
Add tomatoes on top only (do not mix it with the curry)
Leave it to cook for another 5 minutes
Ready serve 2-5 people
