1/2 kg plain flour
750 gm sugar
1/2 ltr.milk
1 cup grated coconut
6 ripe bananas
25gm dry fruits
5-6 cardamom
1 ltr. Refined oil for frying
-Boil the milk and stir it till it becomes thick. Then cool it.
-In the milk add flour, sugar, dryfruits , coconut and cardamo.
-Stir it till it becomes a paste.
-Make banana paste and add it into the flour paste.
-Hot oil in a pan.
-Make round shaped balls of the paste.
-flatten with a rolling pin.
-Fry these till they turn brown.
