Blog: Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari abandons dying Pakistanis in favour of Europeans

In times when Pakistani politicians have turned their guns on their own people to help the terror of Europeans in their occupation of Afghanistan, and in times when Pakistanis are dying in their thousands as a result of floods not known in Pakistan for nearly 100 years, Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari decided to leave Pakistan for Europe to pledge, through his big smiles, his support for their terror in killing more Pakistanis rather than demanding that they remove their destabilising, murderous and terrorist forces from the entire region and for the responsible countries to be tried for war crimes, genocides and crimes against humanity.

Mustapha Qadri asserts : « Contempt for human life is at the heart of Pakistan's miseries », and added « How else to explain our president's decision to visit Europe while the country suffers one of its greatest natural disasters? In any other country, a head of state would surely cut his or her foreign visit short to lend moral support in a time of catastrophe. »

In brief, at the instigation of the European West which has consistently supported dictatorial regimes in Pakistan, Pakistan joined her European allies against their former Taliban friends and allies who they armed to the teeth to fight the Soviet occupation (1979-1989). In the campaign against the subsequent Taliban regime, Dictator Pervez Musharraf became the darling of the West as the latter financed and fed his corruption and fascist methods. Seeing their grip on Pakistan through Dictator Musharraf slipping away, the West sent in Benazir Bhutto, daughter of the former President Zilfikar Ali Bhutto who, with the complicity of the West, was hanged under another Dictator Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq who they also supported but who was later assassinated in an alleged plane accident on 17th August 1988 after he began questioning the motives of the West and was in turn accused of the ‘Islamisation’ of Pakistan. Although Oxford-educated Benazir Bhutto, who was in exile in Europe and Dubai because of corruption charges in Pakistan, was sent to Pakistan after a deal was struck with Dictator Musharraf in the interests of the British and other European governments (including the USA and Israel), they were displeased with the fact that she was negotiating with Islamic parties in Pakistan. At a PPP rally near Rawalpindi, Pakistan, on 27th December 2007, Mrs Benazir Bhutto-Zardari was assassinated by the bullets of a trained marksman when she was waving to the crowd through the sunroof of her bullet-proof vehicle. A subsequent bomb explosion was designed to create confusion and chaos. The murderers were never found.

Asif Ali Zardardi, husband of the murdered Benazir Bhutto, became President mainly out of sympathy for his murdered wife and through lobbying.  It is very strange that Zardardi never pushed for an independent enquiry into his wife’s murder as the fingers were pointing to the manipulations of Benazir’s allies who were merely using her to destabilise Pakistan. Their son Bilawal Bhutto Zardardi, as he is described in the UK to perpetrate the Bhutto dynasty, is also being groomed to succeed President Zardardi. In the Obsever of 8th august 2010, Jason Burke writes « Survival of dynasties in south Asia attests to the legacy of British rule ». It is therefore neither surprising that 21-year-old Oxford University-educated Bilawal Zardardi makes no mention of finding and bringing the murderers of his Mother Benazir Bhutto-Zardardi to justice, nor surprising that Pakistan’s elite is described as harbouring contempt for human life. Bilawal’s appeal for aid to the victims of floods in Pakistan during his Father’s controversial 5-day visit to the UK between 3rd and 8th August 2010, is seen as playing politics with the disaster and treated with the contempt it deserves. Addressing a rally of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in Birmingham on 8th august 2010, President Zardardi was booed by protesters who shouted « Go Zardardi, Go ». Banners exhorted « Zardari, part-time president » and « Thousands dying, Zardari holidaying. » As a mark of insult to Zardardi, an old man even threw a shoe at him.

President Zardardi was urged to cancel the visit to France and the UK because, during Conservative/Liberal coalition Prime Minister David Cameron’s recent visit to India, Cameron alleged that Pakistan was effectively tolerating terrorism in Pakistan when, in truth, Pakistan is in bed with European terrorism and has made the country available to them, including their Mercenaries Blackwater-Xe, to foster terrorism in the region. This explains why Kapil Komireddi’s article published in The Guardian of 4th August 2010 was entitled « Why Cameron should thank Pakistan ». Kapil Komireddi went on to say : « Last week, as David Cameron was speaking with searing candour about Pakistan's dual role in the war against terror in Bangalore, having just concluded a lucrative sale of a fleet of jets to India, Pakistanis were busy mourning the dead in the worst air disaster in their country's history: 152 passengers aboard an Airblue passenger jet had been killed on the day David Cameron arrived in India. » In truth, it is the European West which is playing a dual role by using Pakistan in its wars of occupation and arming her potential enemies against her at the same time.

Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari decided to leave Pakistan for Europe to pledge, through his big smiles, his support for their terror in killing more Pakistanis rather than demanding that they remove their destabilising, murderous and terrorist forces from the entire region and for the responsible countries to be tried for war crimes, genocides and crimes against humanity. At the same time, President Zardardi and his son Bilawal who resides in the UK, are also paying lip service to the thousands of flood victims in Pakistan by hiding the fact that Pakistan was more concerned with her European allies and neglected the protection of her own people through lack of planning and infrastructure.
