When we listen to what is said on radio on current issues, when we read some newspapers and hear statements of some politicians, the impression we get is that the country is on the brink of disintegration. It makes me wonder whether some journalists read, understand, mean what they write and gauge the impact on the common reader. The same applies to politicians and some radio journalists.

In a radio interview recently, explaining the defeat of the MMM at the last general election, Paul Berenger, leader of the MMM and the opposition made a very serious and very dangerous accusation against the MBC. He said that MBC used fascist methods against the MMM during the last general election campaign. Thus becoming the second main factor responsible for his defeat, the first being money power to buy votes....

Amidst the ugly bickering, the exchange of hollow unbecoming words among politicians, it was such a healthy beautiful sight on the occasion of Eid celebrations to see three persons who had occupied the post of Prime Minister on stage, sharing the same platform....
