Nous sommes bien à Rodrigues en 2011. Une intervention chirugicale urgente et vitale avait été prévue à l'hôpital de Crève Coeur. Tout le personnel des différentes sections associées à une opération étaient mobilisées. Toute cette mobilisation implique de l'argent et l'argent des contribuables. Outre l'investissement des contribuables, il y a aussi le malade lui-même et la famille....
