Reservation Form is to be completed in detail including date
of insertion; colour; product details; materials submitted.
CONFIRMATION
OF BOOKINGS
CANCELLATION
- Front
page cancellation should be done by latest 3 days before
the release of the advertisement.

- Back
page cancellation should be done by latest 2 days before the release of the advertisement.
|
MATERIAL
- Specific
page and inside page cancellation should be done by
latest 2 days before the release of
the advertisement
|
- All material
should reach AAPCA (Mauritius) Ltd
24
hours before the release of the advertisement unless otherwise agreed
|
- Late
submission of materials will carry 20% additional charges.In
case material is not submitted as per deadline, space
will be claimed 100% and AAPCA (Mauritius) Ltd will
not be held responsible
for not publishing the advertisement
|
- Any modification
or change of material should be notified in writing
by latest 24 hours before the release of the advertisement
|
- Submission
of digital files in pdf, eps, tiff
formats with colours converted to CMYK with
300
dpi resolution is encouraged
|
RATES
| All rates exclude VAT at prevailing rate. |
| Validity: 31 January 2005 |
PAYMENT
| All reservations to be settled in cash
unless otherwise approved by the Marketing Manager. |
| Should a credit facility be
granted, any arrears could lead to cancellation of facilities. |
| Payment by Cheques / Bank drafts / Money
Order should be made payable to AAPCA (Mauritius)
ltd |
| If a cheque is dishonoured,
a penalty fee of Rs 300 will be charged |
OTHER
CONDITIONS
In case of non satisfaction of printing quality
of quad advertisement not accompanied by a cromalin,
AAPCA (Mauritius) Ltd will not be held responsible for any replacement
or reimbursement.
AAPCA (Mauritius) Ltd reserves the right to refuse or stop any
advertisement which we consider prejudicial to the interests ofthe
company/publication and/or against the laws /nationalinterest
of Mauriti. We also reserve the right to add the word“publicité”
on top or bottom of the advert if considered necessary.
In case of force majeure, AAPCA (Mauritius) Ltd
reserves the without any notice. In which case,the advertisement
will be replaced at a later date upon agreement with the client/span
